ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 10% deduction on the delegates fees.
To apply, please submit to the Congress Secretariat a written proof (downloadable form) of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to IACM and/or ECCOMAS.
Registration fees include access to all the technical sessions
Online payment is the suggested method of payment. If an invoice or a purchase order is needed to make the payment by bank transfer, please request it well in advance.
* Presenting Authors PAYMENT must be received by November 16th, 2020
** Student rate attendees must send by fax or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
Refund Policy.
Presenting-authors already registered who cannot attend, can transfer their registration if the request is received in writing by November 16th, 2020 and only if the transferred person is not already registered.
All participants are liable for their full fees after November 16th, 2020. No refund will be made.
To all participants registered beforehand, the Congress Secretariat will contact you with further details for the refund.
